Since we aim to package and ship orders as quickly as possible, please contact us as soon as possible if you change your mind! Please note that once an order has entered the distribution center, it cannot be changed or cancelled!

Unable to Fulfill
If an order cannot be completed, iClever reserves the right to cancel the customer's order. Reasons for an order's inability to be completed may include: an incomplete delivery address, credit card denial, product unavailability, using someone else's exclusive discount code, or alerts from our fraud protection system.
Questions related to coupon usage
How do I obtain coupons?
You can find coupons by subscribing to our email newsletters, participating in specific promotional events, or on our partner websites. Of course, a long-term valid 20% one-time discount for teachers is also a great option! We may also release coupons on our social media platforms during special festivals or events.
Do coupons have an expiration date?
Yes, all coupons have a specific expiration date and cannot be used once expired. The expiration date is usually clearly indicated on the coupon; please check it before use.
Can multiple coupons be used on a single order?
Typically, only one coupon can be used per order. Unless specifically stated otherwise, coupons cannot be combined with other offers.
Can coupons be used on all products?
Some coupons may only apply to specific products or collections. The specific applicable products and conditions will be detailed in the coupon description, so please read carefully before use.
What if I forget to enter a coupon code when placing an order?
Once an order is completed, we cannot retroactively apply a coupon. Please ensure that you have entered the coupon code correctly during the ordering process.
When returning items, will the amount of the coupon be refunded?
For orders using coupons, only the actual amount paid will be refunded upon return; the coupon portion is not refundable.
How can I ensure the validity of a coupon?
Please make sure to obtain coupons through our official channels and check the expiration date and applicable conditions of the coupon. When entering the coupon code, pay attention to case sensitivity and special characters.
How should I use the coupon?
To use it, enter and apply the discount code in the discount code window at the top right corner of the checkout page. Please make sure there are no spaces before or after the code. Directly copying and pasting the code into the input box is also a good choice.
